We offer training in Karate-do, Self Defense and Fitness for Children and Adults.
STENTON NEW TRAINING TIMES 2012
Please be aware the Youth/Adult training times for Monday and Thursday classes in Stenton will change to better meet the needs of the majority of people, as the dynamics of the student mix changes.
All other class times will not change.
Youth/Adult classes will start at 7pm as of Monday 9th January.
Kyu level students, depending on age and grade can finish at 8pm or 8:30pm.
Black Belts will stay on for Black Belt level training until 9:30pm but should still start at 7pm.
If work commitments dont currently fit the class structure please just start and stop training as your time allows. There will be plenty of Black Belts around to help you out.
